Chicken Tocino

Tocino is a Spanich word for cured meat. A dish traditionally served for breakfast by the Filipinos. A native delicacy made from meat, usually reddish in color and tastes sweet. Nowadays, some version of Tocino used chicken meat and are now served even in lunch and dinner.

Tocino is my all-time favorite dish. I've been here in Kuwait for almost 2 months, and now I'm craving for Tocino. Unfortunately, you will not find Tocino in supermarkets here. So I searched for home-made Chicken Tocino recipe since pork is not being sold here.

I found this simple Chicken Tocino Recipe. I cooked it today for my lunch ( I didn't use Red Food Color), with Sunny-side up Egg and slices of tomatoes on the side. Yummy! it tastes good.
