Chicken Tocino

Tocino is a Spanich word for cured meat. A dish traditionally served for breakfast by the Filipinos. A native delicacy made from meat, usually reddish in color and tastes sweet. Nowadays, some version of Tocino used chicken meat and are now served even in lunch and dinner.

Tocino is my all-time favorite dish. I've been here in Kuwait for almost 2 months, and now I'm craving for Tocino. Unfortunately, you will not find Tocino in supermarkets here. So I searched for home-made Chicken Tocino recipe since pork is not being sold here.

I found this simple Chicken Tocino Recipe. I cooked it today for my lunch ( I didn't use Red Food Color), with Sunny-side up Egg and slices of tomatoes on the side. Yummy! it tastes good.

Life is Full of Surprises

Life is full of surprises. You never know where and when, but truly there are endless surprises anywhere and everywhere. The best thing about a surprise is that it comes when it is least expected but always brings joy along with it. Even if there's hardship that comes along the way, don't just ignore it but rather learn from it.

I'd like to share this poem I came across from Sam Arjomandi:

LIFE IS FULL OF SURPRISES

Life is full of surprises
When it happens, the stars in your life either fall or will rises

One day you could be at the top of the sky
Next day you could fall to the ground and you wonder why

Your health, your wealth, your look, nothing is guarantee to you
You'll be surprise to find out in a blink of an eye, all can be taken from you

That's why if you are rich, do not brag about your wealth
Because you may end up spending all your wealth on your health

Remember there are events that's behind your control
If you believe you are fully in charge of your life, you are just a fool

Never wish to take someone else's place
Because you don't know what kind of surprises he or she will come to face

I started by searching for steps in creating a blog. Not only was I able to understand the steps in creating a blog, but I also learned that you could earn from it. Sweet isn't it?

For a start, here are 4 easy steps:

1. Choose a free blogging site
There are lots of blogging site to choose from, but 2 stands among the rest: Blogger and
    Wordpress

2. Register for an account
You may use your real identity or a pseudonym.

3. Think of your Domain Name and Select Theme and Lay-out
You'll need to think of a domain name and I suggest you search first if your prefer domain
name already exist. After that, you may now select for your theme and lay-out.

4. Start Blogging
Hooray! Now you may start publishing content of your blog. Oh! don't forget to post your first
